After a lengthy eight year process that involved the support of land owners, local, state and federal representatives, we are pleased to confirm the rezoning of Corporate Park East has been approved. While the key features of the property made the transition to Industrial Zoning a logical move, the processes involved in bringing a property into the urban footprint outside of the normal town plan cycle were extensive.
Through this process our consultants have addressed all traffic, environmental, servicing and infrastructure concerns and our economic impact study has confirmed what many industries in the Caboolture region have long been aware of. There is an under supply of affordable, functional, serviced industrial land suitable for general industry users.
With the assistance in particular of the local council planning team, we are on track to solving this issue.
